Cathy is both a formal and informal community leader of Louisiana who guides, organizes, and represents underprivileged individuals to bring them to a place of refuge and provision. She leads an enormous and spirited women group consisting of all ages where she devotes herself to help each woman find self worth and build self esteem. She presents herself with such professionalism, competence, and skill that brings women to restoration and become aware of their identities. She is an encourager who draws on lived experiences and leveraged background ready to help each individual who feels stagnated, burdened, and overwhelmed.
Cathy is married to Marcus Eleam, a local Pastor of Louisiana who thrusts her into her calling as a Life Coach and supports in managing diverse demands. She handles responsibilities as a versatile team player for her family by providing emotional, mental, spiritual, and financial support. She works as a Registered Nurse at a local hospice company where she provides care to end of life patients, and offers emotional and spiritual support to grieving families. Overall, she is positioned to guide many through a season of transition and growth through coaching and mentoring services.
